| An underwater quest starring an ambitious sponge and a dopey starfish, it runs out of puff well before its 87 minutes are over; but the dialogue, which owes something to The Simpsons, has a certain barmy splendour. It’s a good bet for boys under 12 and none too painful for accompanying adults. | |
